Dr. Javier Piña, graduated of the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila (UAC) with specialty of Anesthesiology, has been part of Obesity Care Group for more than 10 years, in where he has assisted in thousands of obesity procedures.
During his career, which is about 22 years as Anesthesiologist, Dr. Piña has been practicing private medicine at different medical centers such as the renown Hospital Angeles Torreón, the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and Hospital del Magisterio Torreón, in which he is in charge of the Anesthesiology Department since 2005.
